  1. One of the greatest Catholic saints!

  2. We like Max because my husband wrote a 10 year vision 4 years ago (before meeting me) in which he had a wife and 2 loving children. The oldest was a boy named Max. He told me about this vision on our 8th date, so when I found out I was pregnant 2+ years later, I was like “of course it’s a boy!” We circled around a lot of names but kept coming back to Max. We liked the idea of making a more official name on paper, so we chose Maximilian, which is regal and means “the greatest.” It is also German and Max is 1/4 German.

  3. We did Maximillian with 2 Ls and it’s even more unique with less than 6 thousand registered children with that name in the past 200 years. Same meaning as with 1 L. Couldn’t have picked a better name! We love it and so does Max.

  4. Best name is Maximillion. That’s a boss name!

  5. I love that Maximilian is not a common name. And I think Max is such a cute name for a boy.

  6. My husband always had liked Maximilian, and when we had our third kid after two girls and we knew it would be a boy we decided to name him Maximiliano (in Spanish), the meaning is really awesome and my son love it.

  7. thought it paired well with his older brother Oscar and Harrison. Middle name is Zachary I thought it went nicely with his older brother middle name (Oscar Levi and Harrison Lewis)

  8. After I had my son at the hospital my partner read out 100 names and my baby smiled at the name maximilian
So we decided to name him maxilian

I love his name he has a very strong name

I don’t have any dislikes about his name
