  1. We liked that it’s unique without being really out-there. We searched many lists and this was one of the couple of names we both liked

  4. Named our baby boy Otto because it is a solid, manly and unique name. It also has a rich German sound which we like. Cute name for a baby boy to grow into!

  6. I named my son after my dad & grandpa on my dad’s side. His first name is Otto after my dad & middle name is Willie after my grandpa.

  7. All of our children’s names come from within our family tree and have a German heritage. Otto was my paternal great-grandfather’s name and my family carries my maiden name, so I love that my little boy shares the same first and last names as him. We also wanted names that were unique but not impossible to say or pronounce. Immediately after filing the birth certificate info I questioned if we named our boy well. Three years later though, he’s such a happy, funny, kind little boy! It suits him perfectly!
