Share Your Thoughts 2 Comments Krystil Aug 17 at 2:31 pm I’ve always liked the name Hadley. It’s different and unique.. we chose her name because I loved the name Hadley and her middle name is Jaycee after her daddy’s best friend that passed away 10 yrs ago. Reply Amy Jun 8 at 10:50 am Hadley is our fifth baby, so with four other siblings that are older it was hard to find a name that wasn’t already used by friends and family, and that we both liked. We liked Hadley because it was a little different and not very popular. My other children’s names (Violet, Cora, Graham, and Lila) don’t have the “EE” sound at the end, so we thought it might be a nice change of pace. We also found out it was Ernest Hemingway’s first wife’s name and so we like that about it since we like old fashion and literary names.
