I had an epidural but somehow my drip fell out somewhere between 5-9 cm dilated. Reply Patricia Jan 21 at 9:18 am I chose Isabella with one L because I didn’t want it to be a very long name and it’s a variant of Elizabeth. I really wanted a strong biblical name and so I gave her both first and middle name variant of Elizabeth. To me this was very important because I believe it makes a world of a difference to have a strong name that is thought out Reply Isabela Acosta Oct 12 at 5:48 am I love my name, Isabela and my nickname, Bela. The name looks more symmetrical with one L and in Spanish it is pronounced correctly if you spell the name with one L. Double L is Spanish is a ‘y’ sound. Thank you Mami and Papi for my name and thank you Isabela, Puerto Rico for existing and being the most beautiful and magical beach I’ve ever been to. Reply Mama Reply Jun 27 at 11:53 am She’s my rainbow child and I’ve been pleading with God for a baby girl. God is my Oath that’s why I named her Isabella Reply Catia Mar 5 at 11:53 am I love the name Reply N.I.D.S Jan 29 at 4:27 am Isabella is more common than this one! Isabel, Isabelle, and Isabella are all common. But not Isabela! Isabela is in Encanto. Isabel is a beautiful Spanish name. Isabella is a nice French name. Isabella is Spanish and Italian! Isabela is a variant of Isabella, though! Reply Isabela Foronda Jan 18 at 7:35 am I really really love my nameee when i heard it’s real meaning My God is bountiful;God of plenty.? Reply Sara Jun 8 at 9:37 am I love the name Elizabeth, however that’s my MIL middle name and we wanted to stay away from family names. Isabela came to mind, I ran it by my husband and he liked it, so we settled with it. I was 16 weeks pregnant, so we decided “early”. The name just felt right for us and our sweet girl. We looked up the meaning and it was “God’s bounty” which was accurate since this baby was more than we could have asked for since we didn’t think a pregnancy would be something possible due to ongoing health issues.
