  1. I chose the name Pearl, because my journey towards giving birth was so challenging so it was a blessing that we made it through. So Pearl is precious to me.

    Thanks
    Phindy

  2. Before Baby Wiseman, I was the last Wiseman in my entire extended family (I’m the youngest of four girls, my dad’s brother did not have children, my dad’s father had five sisters and his one brother was adopted after the death of their mother and took his adopted family’s last name), so it came down to me to carry on the Wiseman name. I always wanted to keep my last name, and I always wanted my children to have my last name – not hyphenated, just Wiseman – which is pretty much unheard of among children of married couples in our society. As a Single Mother by Choice, I am thrilled I get to do this!! ? I’ve decided to name my daughter after my dad’s dad, whose name was Earl Wiseman. If you add a “P” to the beginning… it becomes Pearl! So my baby is Pearl Wiseman. ? Her middle name is the middle name that my mom and I share – Elizabeth, which is a family name on the maternal side of my family. I love that my baby and I get to honor both my dad’s and my mom’s sides of my family – and that her initials will be P.E.W. – PEW! PEW! PEW! ?

  3. My sweet baby cousins name is pearl my aunt Lauren kitt Carter liked the name pearl so her and my uncle nick and aunt lauren named her pearl

  4. I named my only girl child Pearl Cox she’s more than pretty and adorable. She’s my last baby and only girl. I love her so much. She’s daddy’s minimi

  5. we chose pearl for my 4th baby’s middle name. shelby is her first name. i loved pearl from the movie pride and prejudice, when she says “my pearl for sundays”, it makes me have warm fuzzies. so shes my pearl. <3

  6. I named my baby Pearl because it’s my boyfriends grandma’s name who is deceased. However, when I first heard it I absolutely loved it and thought of the beauty of an actual Pearl. The only thing I don’t like is that when people refer to someone named Pearl they are typically deceased.
