  1. Shiloh means peace and Gods gift. She is our gift from God and has already brought so much peace to our family and others.

  2. I knew that my first daughter would be named Shiloh. I have had dreams of that being her name and me holding her where my husband and I currently live. I believe that the Lord has chosen this name, and I happen to love it. I am pregnant now with my first born and I strongly believe that it is her. My husband even likes the name, so it’s a win win!

  3. YAHUAH ELOHIM told me to name her this so I listened.

  4. We wanted Biblical names whether boy or girl and I just didn’t care for any female Bible names. We decided to go with Shiloh, which is a location in the old testament.

  5. We named our daughter Shiloh in 2011, and 8 years later we still love it. Every now and then someone says “I know a Shiloh!” But, we’ve never actually met another Shiloh ourselves. Sometimes people mishear and think her name is “Shadow” or “Charlotte“. We named her Shiloh because in the Bible, Hannah prays in the Temple at Shiloh for God to give her a child, and God answers her prayer. Similarly, we were told we couldn’t have kids and prayed for one. We love the idea of Shiloh being a place where God dwells with his people, like he did in the Old Testament.
