  2. We chose to give our son the first name of “Marcus” after my husband. We decided not to use my husband’s middle names because he has two. We instead went with the middle name “Theodore” which means “gift of God”, and he truly is our sweet gift!

  3. My dad named me after Marcus Aurelius white my mom wanted to name me shane.Ultimately they went with Marcus Shane for my first and middle name. The name Marcus to me is a very powerful name and one that has some really cool history, with a lot to live up to. I have always known the meaning of Marcus to be warrior of Mars; the mythological god of war.
