Vincent is a family name is a family name and I say it as the name of the prophet in The Bible and I and I really like his name name. Originally they were going to be Elijah and Isaiah. But their father liked having David Elijah and Vincent Isaiah

    • OMG this is too wild! My Vincent is also a twin, but he’s the older one & his twin is a Girl LOL but what makes it wild is that his name is Vincent Isaiah AND he’s got a younger brother (not his twin) who’s named Elias, which is derived from Elijah LOL his twin/sisters’ name is Lorelai Morgaine Rose, in case you were curious 🙂

  5. Well it was originally going to be Victor as that’s a family name, but when he came out Vincent seemed to fit better and I chose Vincent as I love Vincent Price. And Vincent is like the more English version of Victor. I just love V names for boys.

  6. Nothing to share

  7. He is named after his dad.

  8. I love the nickname Vinny! I am drawn to names that have the “unusual letters”. I have a Bexley “X”, a Hazel “Z”, and now a Vincent “V”. I’m thinking next baby will have to be a “W” name!

  9. Vincent is a saint name we chose to fit in with his brothers Patrick, Jude, and Thomas. We are calling him Vinny for short. His older half brothers are Paddy and Tommy (their father is Scottish) so we went with the -y ending instead of -ie. Mama is Italian and Eurasian so I wanted an Italian flair to his name. His middle name is Johann after his dads’ Swedish Grandfather. His second middle name is Baelfire after the bonfire we had going next to the pool for the home birth. ?

  10. Vincent was my husband’s grandpa’s name. They were extremely close and we wanted to pay a small tribute to the wonderful man he was.

  11. Vincent Charles William Roten was named such a long name because he was named after the important part in his parents life that we couldn’t decide on just one name all 3 names are strong names and his father and I know he’s going to be a strong man that will more than live up to his name sake

  12. It’s ok

  13. Daddy is a big basketball fan and his favorite Raptor was Vince Carter. I likes the classic sound of Vincent and the nickname Vince too.

  14. Its a strong name that sounded great in many languages. Im Dutch and my husband Mexican. It was important to me for the name to sound good to us in both english and Spanish

  15. We originally had the name Anderson picked out for our baby boy thinking he would resemble his blonde brother however, when he was born he had a head full of dark hair and we knew immediately the name didnt fit. We like classic timeless names so we threw around a few ideas for the next couple of days and finally decided on Vincent. We both have a Vincent in our family tree, it is a classic name that will grow with our son. We also can shorten it to a variety of nicknames such as Vin and Vincie.

  16. My husband and I are big fans of the fast and the furious. We have went with names off of the series for both of our boys.
